How did you do this?

While Jahnda is well-versed in government procurement, with many years of experience in traditional procurement channels and methods, we continually seek better solutions for our government agency customers. From 2020 through to 2024, we sought to design and build an e-commerce solution SPECIFICALLY for our government agency customers. We needed it to incorporate not only the ability to offer our 2 million products for immediate purchase and shipment, but also the unique ability to quote multiple lists of products online – all the while ensuring simplicity, efficiency and compliance. With the re-launch of this site, we believe we’ve done just that. Further, we believe we’re the first Small Business to ever build something of this magnitude and capability offered exclusively for government procurement.

Are you an authorized distributor?

Yes. For every product listed on this site, we ONLY partner with US manufacturing partners and national and global distribution partners that maintain contractual, legally-binding agreements with their distributor(s). This ensures a strong focus on compliance and the mitigation of grey market risk, and it ultimately ensures an optimal outcome for the customer.

Do you inventory your products?

When it helps the customer, yes. While we maintain our own distribution center (which is owned by the business, not rented), we often find that our customers prefer to have orders dropship from one of our manufacturing and distribution partners’ national distribution centers in order to optimize the delivery time or reduce transportation costs. In either case, Jahnda maintains the capability to address our customer’s needs should warehousing and/or inventorying be required or helpful.

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?

We update our site daily with new products and stock availability, and we strive for deliveries in 2 to 5 business days. We only work with the best manufacturing and distribution partners – an effort which optimizes stock availability and product delivery.

Is there a minimum order size?

No, there is no minimum order size. However, we do charge an incremental shipping expense for orders under $100, based on the requirements of our manufacturing and distribution partners. We are always working with these partners to lower or eliminate this amount, so stay tuned!

Is free shipping available?

Yes. All orders over $100 receive free shipping.

What are your return policies?

When will I receive my order?

We strive for all deliveries to occur within 2 to 5 business days.

What is covered by your warranty?

We extend all warranties offered by our manufacturing and distribution partners. Please see our Terms & Conditions for all warranty policies and procedures.

Is express shipping available?

Yes. Many products are eligible for express shipping to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC, though additional charges may apply. Please contact Support at support@jahnda.com for more information.

Do you ship to my location?

Our standard (free) shipping applies to all 48 contiguous states and Washington DC, though express shipping is available to these locations as well. We also have extensive experience in shipping door-to-door to overseas locations. Please contact Support at support@jahnda.com for more information.

Can I get a quote for an item that is NOT on your website?

Yes. After you’ve assembled your list of products to quote, you may enter any additional product requests in the text field(s) provided before submitting your quote. We will make every effort to source any additional product(s) submitted.

Can I add my own Purchase Order number to an order?

Yes. At Checkout, we’ve included a section labeled “Internal order number”, where you can add your own reference number to your order. This number will be documented with your order, so you can reference it if ever discussing your order with a Jahnda representative.
