Jahnda Supports Emergency Preparedness Efforts at the Houston VA Ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026™

On May 29, 2026, The Jahnda Group was awarded a contract to provide 150 Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) to the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, Texas. The award came as Houston prepared to host matches associated with the FIFA World Cup 2026™, beginning June 14, 2026, and supported the Medical Center's ongoing emergency preparedness and operational readiness efforts.

Following contract award, Jahnda worked closely with VA personnel to help ensure the timely acquisition and delivery of critical respiratory protection equipment needed to support emergency management requirements.
